We are at the Department of Biomedical Engineering in the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Our lab develops computer models for drug discovery and understanding cellular metabolism. Our recent research includes designing drug combinations for antibiotic resistant bacteria using AI and discovering a new mechanism of pathogen clearance by killer T-cells. We are also developing new methods to simulate the metabolism of microbes, cancer- and stem-cells.
